Hi! I’m Amy

A copyeditor who values the importance of each individual voice.

Amy Hamilton,
KARE Virtual Solutions

You’ve written your memoir. You’ve poured your heart and soul into this book. It was cathartic, therapeutic, and exhausting. And oh-so-rewarding.

The honeymoon phase is over—now it’s time to have your manuscript edited. You’re terrified of someone else reading your words. Your thoughts. Your emotions. Will they judge you? Will they hate it? Will they sh*t all over your baby?

I get it. I understand. The first book I edited was my best friend’s. Writing her book was a healing mechanism for her, and she was so nervous about having me read her work. However, she said I was “incredibly thoughtful and understanding” when reviewing her book and that I “provided valuable feedback with kindness.”

Finding a copyeditor that you trust and connect with is important to have. Finding a copyeditor who is sensitive to your blood, sweat, and tears is major. Finding a copyeditor who is honest and encourages open communication is vital. Let’s chat to see if I can be that copyeditor for you!

Express Yourself!

Words Are Powerful

It is my mission to help you feel confident in sharing your story and knowledge. Whatever it is you have to say, someone out there needs to read it.
Working together, I take your written words, clean them up and dust them off. Your voice remains.
Your writing shines.
